Glier's Goetta is a Cincinnati breakfest staple. For the uninitiated, goetta is a German breakfest sausage made of pork and pin oats. Glier's Meats —based in Newport Kentucky — is the go-to choice for goetta, brats, and metts all throughout the Tri-State.
With a food as unique and as local as goetta, the concept behind this campaign is simple: goetta is a part of the Cincinnati identity. Through punchy outdoor and magazine print ads, the campaign targets Cincinnatians. The goal: reinforce the idea that, when it comes to goetta, it has to be Glier's.
